This villa is an exclusively IRISH OWNED private beachside Holiday Apartment Complex, consisting of only FOUR tastefully decorated spacious one bedroom apartments, TWO DE LUXE and TWO STANDARD apartments, each with their own large double bedroom, separate shower room, dining/sitting room with large LCD TV's, free view Sky TV, DVD players and Music Centres with iPod connection. Each apartment incorporates its own compact fully fitted galley kitchen with all mod cons. for your ultimate comfort and convenience. There is also a separate communal wash room to the rear of the apartments with a washing machine.
Both ground floor apartments enjoy direct access from their private terraces to the fully mature surrounding private gardens, complete with their exotic plants and fruit trees. The larger Deluxe ground floor apartment offers wheelchair accessibility throughout with extra wide doorways and a large shower room. Both first floor apartments have private balconies overlooking these magnificent gardens. There is a beautiful south facing Swimming Pool and Sun Terrace complete with sun loungers and umbrellas for your ultimate comfort, to the front of the apartment block, strictly for use by our guests.
