This villa is situated in a quiet area without any kind of building- activity. There is only 1-2 minutes (250 m) walking-distance to the beach were you will find several restaurant and bars. 300 meter the other way (from the beach) you will find Elviria center where you have a lot of shops and restaurant/bars.

The Villa can be rented all in total or You may rent only one villa or 2-3 rooms - As You like!!

Villa 1:
Livingroom with fire place and Tv/Video, 3 double bedrooms (6 beds), 2 bathrooms with shower and washing machine. Kitchen with dishwashing machine. Big patio and winter terrace. Private garden and swimming-pool.

Villa 2:
Livingroom with a double sleeping coach, 3 bedrooms with 2 beds, smal kitchen, Tv/video, bathroom with shower and a big 80 m2 terrace with a sea-view. Free use of the private garden, swimming-pool and washing machine

Villa 3:
Livingroom with a doubble sleeping coach,bedroom with 3 bedrooms, Children room with bath, kitchen, Tv/video and a 2 bathrooms with shower. Free use of the private garden, swimming-pool and washing machine.

You will find a big garden, private pool, garden-furniture, sunbeds etc. Villa Elviria has also a handyman who are available 24h if something unexpected should happen. Our caretaker also do PickUp at Malaga airport and local transport with our 9 seat Nissan Primastar.

The property is very nice for children with babybeds and carriages and a private playing room.

The big terrace are very nice to sit and enjoy your dinner or breakfast while you see the mediterranean mountains and if you walk 250 meter to the beach you will in a clear day also see the coast of africa.

If you like golf, the place is a paradise since you have many good golf courses not more than 2-3 minutes driving from the villa.

You can walk to the beach if you want since its not more than 250m and the Villa have nice green gardens on a plot of 2500 sqm and 2 large swiming pools.

The city of Marbella are aprox 3km far from the Villa and the center of Elviria are approx. 300 meter in walking distance from the villa.

It takes 25 minutes to drive from/to Malaga airport.
