The property sleeps 4. There is one double bedroom with shower room en suite, air conditioning and heating, one twin bedroom as well as another fully equiped shower room. The two bedrooms look out to a fresh patio with plants.

Well equiped kitchen with microwave, fridge and freezer - all electric.

Large lounge/dining room with SatelliteTV and air conditioning/heating and open fireplace for the winter. Large patio door leads to breakfast terrace looking out to the sea and mountains, spiral stairs lead to a roof terrace with splash pool, barbeque area and views all around, totally private.

House linen is provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Steps up to through lounge and dining area, sofa bed in lounge, kitchen equipped with microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine etc, off lounge to terrace with views to the sea and the mountains.

Spiral stairs up to roof terrace with B.B.Q area, splash pool, 3x2 metres, parking in the road outside.

Bellow one double bedroom with ensuite shower room and one twin, plus separate second shower room.

CD player, DVD, air conditioning in double bedroom and lounge.

All rental rates to be paid in local currency ie: Euros

Cot and high chair 44 Euros (30 pounds) per rental.

300 Euros (200 pounds) refundable breakage deposit payable one month before arrival, to confirm booking a 50% deposit cheque has to be sent, balance cheque one month before arrival.

Final cleaning is included in all fees. If extra cleaning is necessary, the cost will be deducted from the 200 pounds deposit.

Again please note our lovely villas are aimed at familly use. Groups of youngsters not supervised or students are not welcome. In this respect we reserve the right to refuse admission.
