A refundable deposit of Euros 300 is payable upon arrival against breakages. Negotiable discount prices for long winter lets.

Changeover day
Flexible. Check in 3pm onwards. Check out 12pm. Cases can be stored for later pick up if required.

Notes on accommodation
The house and gardens are very secure, suitable for children to play safely.

Outside
The cover barbecue area is 50m2, next to the 140 m2 pool area with swimming pool, which has the sun all day. Private parking for 3 to 4 cars.

Coast/Beach
20 minutes to the sandy beaches of Torremolinos. 30 minutes to naturist beach of Torrequebrada. 25 minutes to Benalmadena. 45 minutes to beautiful Cabopino beach with its sand dunes, and the port of Cabopino.

Golf
Lauro golf 5 minutes, Parador de Golf 15 minutes, Alahurin Golf 20 minutes, Mjas Golf 25 minutes, Marbella golf courses 35 minutes.

Skiing
Just one and half hours from the Sierra Nevada.

Travel
The distance to Malaga airport is 15 minutes. We recommend to hire a car.

Alhaurin de la Torre centre 3 minutes. Torremolinos 20 minutes. Mijas 25 minutes. Alhaurin el Grande 10 minutes. Malaga centre 25 minutes. Gibraltar 1 and half hours. Ronda 1 hour.

Further details
The villa its just 20 minutes drive from Plaza Mayor center, which has restaurants and bowling alley, night disco. The Villa is well situated to do day trips to Granada, Seville, Gibraltar...Also Benalmadena 24 hours centre is open with discos / bars at just 25 minutes.

25% of booking payable to reserve. Balance payable in Euros cash upon arrival or 8 weeks in advance, whichever is preferred.
