Calanova Sea Golf is a brand new luxury development comprising of 237 apartments with magnificent golf and sea views.
The resort is situated overlooking the popular Calanova Golf Course and is just 5km from the picturesque town of La Cala de Mijas.
La Cala de Mijas is located midway between the popular holiday destinations of Fuengirola and Marbella and boasts one of the coasts finest beaches.
This small town offers an extensive array of bars, restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets and also a twice weekly market.
Car hire would be advisable to fully enjoy this desirable area and each apartment has an underground secure parking space available.
The 2 and 3 bedroom apartments were completed late 2007 and are decorated in a luxurious modern style with fully installed hot and cold air conditioning, marble floors throughout and terracotta tiled terraces. Although each apartment block is only three storeys high, there is a lift available if required.
These five star quality apartments are tastefully furnished and include a fully integrated kitchen with modern appliances such as an oven and hob, fridge freezer and washing machine.
Crockery, glassware and utensils are all provided.
There is ample wardrobe space in each of the bedrooms and each apartment has two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite.
The living areas are elegantly furnished with sofas, a side table, TV and DVD player, sideboard and a dining table and chairs.
Living space is extended to the outdoors as each apartment has its own private, south facing terrace benefiting from spectacular golf and sea views as well as modern terrace furniture.
The community areas include six swimming pools and extensive Mediterranean gardens where you can enjoy the strikingly beautiful views and peacefulness of the area.
